By accessing or using CanadaAccountants.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms are governed by Canadian law.
The CanadaAccountants.app website, mobile applications, and all related services provided by CanadaAccountants
All individuals and entities using the Platform, including CPAs, businesses, and visitors
Chartered Professional Accountants licensed in good standing with provincial accounting bodies in Canada
Small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurs, and organizations seeking CPA services
All text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code on the Platform
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:
We guarantee that subscribed CPAs will receive at least 3 qualified leads within their first 3 months of active subscription, or we will provide a full refund.
Refund Process: If guarantee conditions are met but not fulfilled, contact our support team within 30 days of the 3-month period for full refund processing.
Violation of prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant professional bodies or authorities.
Important: CanadaAccountants subscription fees are for platform access only. All accounting service fees are negotiated and paid directly between businesses and CPAs. We do not process, hold, or take commission on CPA service payments.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, use, and protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
To provide matching services, we process and analyze user profile information, preferences, and platform interactions. This processing is essential for platform functionality and is covered by your consent to these Terms of Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, CanadaAccountants' total liability for any claims arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and federal Canadian law. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Ontario.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
